Requirements for the applicant

Creditworthiness in the banking system of the country

Minimum age of 18 and maximum 65

Being solvent

Facility conditions

Fee: in accordance with bank tariffs

Duration: maximum 60 months

Amount: Based on the customer's demand and utilization of resources

Collateral:
Long – term deposit; 80% of the deposit provided that it covers the principal as well as the interest
Mortgaging of the house with the following terms
           Officials of the bank approve the case
           The premise is located in the urban area and is of value and easy to sell
           There is an ownership deed to the name of the applicant
           The applicant insures the house at his own cost till the end of duration of the facility

Required documents

Application form containing the demanded amount and duration as well as a list of anticipated costs
Means of identification including birth certificate and national cards
Bank forms and questionnaires
